Bournemouth Announcer Doesn't Realize His Mic is On, Says "It's Like Men Against Boys... It's Fucking Unbelievable"

The off switch is an important part of technology.

The PA guy left the microphone on here at Bournemouth…whole ground heard him say "it's like men against boys…it's F***** unbelievable."

If you're going to commentate, you may as well commentate honestly. After a 5-1 drubbing at the hands of Tottenham, Bournemouth fans certainly got an earful of honesty from the Dean Court stadium announcer.

Apparently, whoever was manning the helm forgot to switch off the microphone and rattled off the realest thing he probably said all day, uttering, "it's like men against boys… it's fucking unbelievable." It's the kind of line that either makes or breaks an announcing career. This was the man's "do you believe in miracles" moment, and he absolutely nailed it.

Here's a little sample of what the man was talking about:

Fucking unbelievable day to be a Cherry.

UPDATE:

Plot twist!

It turns out that the whole ordeal wasn't the stadium announcer after all, but rather some media man from Spurred On TV, a Tottenham fan youtube channel. The gentleman takes a while to explain exactly what happened, but basically his microphone was tuned into the same channel as the stadium loudspeaker, and his cheeky take was broadcast to a whole stadium full of Bournemouth fans. The ultimate, accidental troll.
