Early in the first quarter of Texas A&M-Mississippi State, the officials threw a flag for defensive holding on a third-down play. After conferring with his fellow official, referee Ken Williamson turned around and announced the penalty with his back to the television audience. It was a funny little moment that became even funnier when Williamson got visibly angry with himself, and may have even uttered a goddangit! over his microphone.
