Aqib Talib made a great diving catch for an interception off a tipped ball and was able to get up and return it 33 yards for a touchdown early in the first quarter against the Bengals. Andy Dalton’s pass was intended for A.J. Green, but he was only able to get his fingertips on it, which allowed Talib to track it down and snag it.
The play was reviewed because the ball moved some as Talib went to the ground, but it was not enough to overturn the ruling on the field. Green took a nasty hit on the play and barely made it off the field before falling to the ground in pain with what looked like an arm injury. The Bengals regrouped rather quickly, though, and tied the score at 7-7 when Jeremy Hill rushed 85 yards for a touchdown on the next play from scrimmage.
