Australian spin king and protagonist of so many of the nation's defining moments and scandals, Shane Warne, is set to release a line of personalised Emojis. In a bizarre tweet sent out to his 2.79 million followers he promised the little images will be "mostly pretty nice" though with a few that are "very naughty."Emoji: a flaming ball with question marks on it?Or the time he and Mark Waugh were fined by the Australian Cricket Board in 1995 for giving out pitch and weather reports to an Indian bookmaker for money.Emoji: a brown paper bag with dollar signs on it?What about 2003 when he was sent home on the eve of the World Cup for a positive drug test to a banned diuretic. He would later famously claim it was given to him by his mother to help him slim down for a television appearance.Emoji: a stretched out Shane Warne figurine a la Munch's Scream character?Or the time he mistakenly sent a text to his wife that was meant for his mistress, instructing her to let herself in the backdoor while he talked to his kids.Emoji: a phone with stink-lines coming off it?And finally the charity in his name (The Shane Warne Foundation) which was found to be giving just 16 cents out of every dollar to the "underprivileged kids and teenagers in Australia" it claimed to be helping. The majority of money raised was instead going to Warne's brother, Jason, who ran the charity.Emoji: a brown paper bag with a dollar sign on it?Wait, we already used that.
We can only speculate as to what those naughty emojis might look like, but there's plenty of inspiration for the leg-spinning legend to draw on. Take the mystery ball he ripped past Mike Gatting in the 1993 Ashes series for one. Naughty as fuuuuuuck.Excited to say — Shane Warne (@ShaneWarne)September 11, 2016
