Here Are the Shows You Can Watch Really Soon on SBS VICELAND

On Tuesday November 15, VICE is getting it's very own free-to-air TV channel.

From 4 PM on Tuesday, November 15, SBS 2 will become SBS VICELAND. That means a whole lot of phenomenal shows are coming your way.

There's Ellen Page in Gaycation, an exploration of LGBTQI rights around the world. Michael K Williams will be digging into the operation of illicit economies in Black Market. Action Bronson is coming down under too, for his food-loving, weed-smoking, world-travelling F*ck, That's Delicious.

Then on Weediquette, host Krishna Andavolu meets kids with cancer, veterans with PTSD, and even the Mbuti pygmies of the Democratic Republic of Congo, to find out how the politics and culture of marijuana is impacting their lives.

In States of Undress, host Hailey Gates investigates travels to fashion weeks around the world, breaking away from the pack to investigate the ugly issues the industry likes to ignore. One episode takes Hailey to Pakistan under the auspices of covering Karachi Fashion Week—only to end up wearing a burqa, interviewing a cleric with strong ties to Al Qaeda.

There's also Vice World of Sports, where we travel to Ghana, Cuba, Kenya, and a ton of other places to check out the thing that unites people everywhere—sport. SBS VICELAND will also feature our version of the nightly news: VICE News Tonight. The daily newscast will break major stories from around the world, with a focus on investigative journalism.

You can also watch Thomas Morton's Balls Deep, check out the global music scene with Noisey, delve into challenges facing First Nations cultures in Cut-Off, and finally understand the world of hacking with Cyberwar. Plus, all the classics you're already watching including The Feed, PopAsia, and If You Are the One.

The official switch is at 4 PM, Tuesday November 15, 2016.

We are pretty excited.
