Chef’s Night Out: Fat Pasha

Toronto chef Anthony Rose is taking over Dupont Street one restaurant at a time with Rose and Sons, Big Crow, and now, his Middle Eastern focused establishment, Fat Pasha.

Whether you try their signature dishes of roasted cauliflower topped with tahini, pine nuts, pomegranate, and halloumi, or their take on the chopped liver of famed NYC establishment, Sammy’s Roumanian Steakhouse, the food at Fat Pasha’s is a winner. Watch as the crew heads to Rodney’s for oysters, Northwood for negronis, and a party filled with chopped brisket at Big Crow. Time to teleport to Toronto.
