KOTR COMPETITION SEASON TWO T&Cs

Terms and conditions for the King of the Road season two Facebook competition.

These are the rules which apply to your participation in our Facebook Competition (the "Competition"). By submitting your entry you agree to these rules. If you do not agree, please do not submit your entry.

1. The Promoter for this Competition is Vice UK TV Limited whose registered office is at New North Place, London EC2A 4JA. This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
2. To enter, entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the date of entry and must be a resident of the United Kingdom.
3. To submit an entry, an entrant must "like" the applicable content.
4. The prize is one VICELAND bespoke design skateboard deck signed by Ben Raemers, Samarria Brevard and Louie Barletta ('Prize'). There are 7 Prizes to be won in total and the first 7 entrants will be awarded a Prize.
5. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families may not enter the Competition; neither may the employees of any third party sponsors, Prize providers or their immediate families.
6. The Competition launches on Thursday 8th June 2017 and closes on Wednesday 14th June 2017 at 17:00. Any entries received outside of this time period will not be successful.
7. You will require internet access, a Facebook account, an email address and a UK based postal address to enter the Competition.
8. To enter, entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
9. The winners will first be notified through Facebook's messaging system after the closing date. Please ensure your privacy settings on Facebook allow us to message you.
10. The winners must accept the Prize by no later than Thursday 15th June 2017 at 17:00, after which time another winner will be chosen and notified.
11. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorised Facebook account holder will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized account holder" is the natural person in whose name the Facebook account has been issued. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
12. The Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control:
1. Any postponement or cancellation of the Competition;
2. Any change to the Prize or the way in which it can be used;
3. Any problems with the dispatch of the Prize (such as the prize failing to reach the intended recipient) or the subsequent enjoyment of the Prize;
4. Any act or default of any third party supplier.
1. A Prize is non-exchangeable, non transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
2. All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not expressly stated herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner.
3. Only one entry per person. If more than one entry is received per person, only the first entry received will be eligible. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Use of a false name will result in disqualification.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

1. The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury (other than our liability for personal injury or death as a result of our negligence) or disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant in entering the Competition, including as a result of any entrant winning or not winning any Prize.
2. Prizes are subject to availability and if applicable, are also subject to the Prize supplier's terms and conditions.
3. Each entrant agrees to the use of his/her personal information (including the information available on an entrant's Facebook account and if provided by the entrant, an email address and postal address) being (i) used and stored by the Promoter; and if applicable (ii) shared by the Promoter with the Prize supplier, for the purposes of administration and fulfilling the Competition only. The Promoter shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at https://www.vice.com/en_uk/pag… and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. .
4. Unless stated otherwise, the winners will be selected from all correct entries received by the Closing Date.
5. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or provide an address or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant. For the avoidance of doubt, if the winner's privacy settings mean we are unable to make contact through Facebook's messaging system, we reserve the right to offer the Prize to another entrant.
6. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned as a result of any (including but not limited to) technical failures, computer virus, mobile network failure, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition and/or to disqualify any individual who (whether directly or indirectly) causes (or has caused) the problem.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the draw or the Prize due to any circumstances that arise beyond its control.
8. The Competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the Competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
