New World Sound's Tour Diary Gave us a Hangover

SO...MUCH...RAGERY

Meet New World Sound: "We're Tyrone and Jesse Taylor, two brothers who make music and come from the Gold Coast in Australia. We make electronic music, play it live and attend the occasional cookery class!" Ever since their big-room-woodwind track "Flute" came out last year, they've been on a tear around the world. After a good bit of galavanting, they've just landed permanently the States. "We actually just moved here to LA," they tell THUMP. "It's all pretty unreal – the people, the parties, the music, the food, the vibes."

Their new tune "Cheer Up" is a stompy Melbourne bounce track that's been piquing ears world-round. The lads explain: "We wanted to write a tune that was bouncey and brought the feel of good vibes, but still had that energy. When we'd finished the tune, we thought the name "Cheer Up" fit the feeling we'd been aiming for. It's been going off at our shows and we've had some unreal feedback from our fans so we're stoked!"

"When we're on the road we get to see so many different places and meet a ton of different people," they continue. If you want a deeper peek into what their life on tour is like, check out this tour diary and delve into all the madness:
