Paul Ryan's retirement was big news in Washington. It was huge news 700 miles away in southeast Wisconsin, the place he has represented in Congress for 20 years.The Democratic candidates running to replace Ryan had a plan — run hard against Ryan and the whole of the Republican Congress. Democrats rallied around Randy Bryce, also known as "Iron Stache," a former iron worker who was a great foil for Ryan.Now Ryan is out.
