Arsenal Score Twice In One Minute, Aston Villa Add Own Goal For Good Measure

Arsenal go up 3-0 on two quick goals and an Aston Villa own goal.

Arsenal scored twice in 79 seconds to be exact, the first coming in the 32nd minute on a series of quick touches that ended with Mesut Ozil streaking to the goal and tucking it inside the near post. Then, in the 34th minute, an even lovelier set of passes ended with Ozil feeding a cross right in front of the goal for Danny Welbeck to hammer into the top of the net for his first goal with the club.

Shellshocked, Aston Villa were once again in trouble in front of their net and another Arsenal cross was punched in by Aly Cissokho for an own goal in the 36th minute.

Arsenal now lead 3-0 and Villa are happy just to get to the half without causing themselves physical harm.
