Good morning, America. Welcome to the VICE Sports World News Roundup. Be sure to stop by daily for your morning headlines.

It's the 19th of November, 2015, and Sepp Blatter is still, technically, president of FIFA.

There is not a lot of sports news today, friends.

WADA declared six national anti-doping agencies non-compliant, including, of course, Russia. The other countries are Andorra, Israel, Argentina, Bolivia, and Ukraine. However, only Russia's agency was suspended; the others have until March to become compliant. In addition, Brazil, Belgium, France, Greece, Mexico, and Spain were placed on WADA's "watch list," which basically means their agencies must shape up before March as well or else they will also be deemed non-compliant.

The Houston Rockets fired head coach Kevin McHale. This surprised some people, but didn't surprise others.

In a bold strategy, Louis van Gaal decided to denigrate his own managerial skills. "I do nothing at United," the manager said at a conference Wednesday. "I delegate and I earn a lot of money." However, he did go on to prove his innovative approach: "I was the first coach who was with a notebook."

Happy anniversary to Gigi Buffon, who debuted for Parma 20 years ago today.
