Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliot's former live-in girlfriend told police that Elliot had attacked her while she sat in the driver's seat of her parked car, according to TMZ, who say they have obtained a police report. Shortly after the incident, Tiffany Thompson, known to be Elliot's girlfriend, posted several photos to Instagram detailing the bruises from an alleged assault and tagged him in her comments. In the report, Elliot denied striking the woman, and denied living with the woman. TMZ reached out to Elliot's agent's office and a representative told them, "I can assure you [the allegations] are not true."Due to conflicting reports—four witnesses claimed they didn't see the assault; one of whom was allegedly in the car at the time—Elliot was not arrested for the incident. The accuser was referred to the prosecutor's office in the event that she wants to press charges. From TMZ:"In the report, cops list the accuser as a 20-year-old woman -- 5'5", 120 lbs. Elliott is listed at 6'0", 225 lbs."
