Aaron Rodgers-to-James Jones is Perfection

Both Rodgers and Jones make great plays to make this like almost ordinary.

As a fan of a team not named the Green Bay Packers, I'm so sick of the goddamned Green Bay Packers. Just look at this surgical 38-yard hook up between Aaron Rodgers and James Jones that eventually set up another Green Bay touchdown. I have to sit around and watch Ryan Fitzpatrick play the quarterbacking version of Russian Roulette—What's he gonna do? Who knows?!—and these two are doing this. It's ridiculous how easy it looks.

On third-and-seven, Rodgers again used his feet to give himself and his receiver some more time to make the magic happen and then he zipped the ball downfield—from the right hash mark to the opposite sideline while falling away—in a spot where only Jones could catch it. It had to be a great catch, too, and Jones was up to the task, reaching out to grab it and tapping his toes down before he went out at the eight yard line.

John Kuhn scored on a one-yard run three plays later to give the Packers a 14-3 lead. They now lead 17-3 as the third quarter comes to an end.
