Get Ready to Join T. Williams Under ‘The Talking Palm Tree’

Having become home to the likes of Disclosure, Julio Bashmore, and Jessie Ware, it’s become quite apparent of late that PMR is one of those labels that you’ve got to keep an eye on. Which is why we’re excited about the future of recent signee Alyss. Her breakthrough track “The Talking Palm Tree” is a wonderfully woozy bit of early-evening wind-down R&B that we can’t get enough of. She’s asked none other than T.Williams to give the track the kind of big and bouncy remix that means you’ll be hearing it at every set of traffic lights in the UK this summer. Which is why we’ve decided to premier it.

Williams had this to say about his remix, “I heard the track via Annie Mac’s Radio 1 show, and loved it, and decided I wanted to get involved in the project somehow, as I loved her voice. as the track has a more atmospheric vibe to it I wanted to take it to more a club level, and this is the result.” And Alyss had something to say, too, noting that, “T Williams injected such hype in to the track – I love that he made it completely his own too.” Isn’t that nice?
