German techno.Did that get your attention? It should've, because there is nothing more fixating than a pulsing cyclical techno beat. Likewise, there may be nothing more synonymous with German techno than the ruler of the German airwaves himself: Felix Krocher. After the hugely successful 2011 release of his EP Discover, Felix is reemerging with new original music on his forthcoming EP Lauft.Weiter!"The compilation was put together from the heart. This was the basis of the project from the very beginning, hence nothing was written without a deep thought." Felix explains. To showcase that, the first premiere off the two-disc release is "Side Effects." The track stays faithful to his previous techno disciplines, providing a rhythm that any darkened red-light district room would cling to. Expect much of the same from the rest of the EP; whereas the typical track-by-track EP style has been revamped to deliver as a fully functional mix. Until then, preview his track above and try to contain yourself from checking in at your nearest after-hours.If this didn't fill you up, grab a second helping on Wednesday during his two hour radio show Sunshine Live. The EP is set to be released today in its entirety under Universal/Polystar Records, you can buy the full EP here.Läuft.Weiter! EP includes all exclusives from Felix's previous mix compilation as well as two brand new tracks.
