In Nordhavn, an old industrial harbour along Copenhagen’s northern waterfront, Thomas Dambo is giving birth to giant wooden trolls.

Thomas, an artist who came out of hip-hop culture and is fuelled by a wild creative streak, is picking up trash from factories and building sites in his local area and turning this into public artworks.
