How to Saber a Bottle of Champagne with Sam Anderson of Mission Chinese Food

New Year’s Eve is upon us, and that means it’s time to break out the bubbly. We’ve already given you step-by-step instructions on how to saber Champagne with just about anything (Matty Matheson, for example, has successfully used his iPhone to pop bottles), but we can understand if you’re still feeling a little trepidatious about accidentally sending shards of glass flying into your guests’ eyes.
