I’m not sure what Iman Shumpert’s expectations are of podiums generally, but it is safe to say that President Obama’s podium knocked his fucking socks off. The Cleveland Cavaliers visited the White House this afternoon to celebrate their NBA Finals win on the same day Donald Trump stopped by—2016 truly is the year of the inconceivable winner. After Kevin Love presented Obama with a No.16 Cavs jersey, the President suggested they move the podium to get a better team picture.

To which Shumpert responded:

Then a couple of dudes got up and approached the podium, to which Shump responded:

Then they actually moved the podium, to which Shump responded:

My best guess is that Joe Biden told them that the podiums in this joint weigh a ton and Shumpert took him literally.
