Mothers passionate about Abuse Pop

Isn’t it a happy coincidence when standing up for the rights of abused children is also fun and turns you into a celebrity?

Isn’t it a happy coincidence when standing up for the rights of abused children is also fun and turns you into a celebrity? That’s the enviable truth facing the coalition of mothers who’ve bravely volunteered to sing and release a cover of  "Tell Me There’s A Heaven" by Chris Rea in the memory of the murdered child known as Baby P. And if their sweet vocals aren’t enough to resurrect the kid, then maybe the 20p that iTunes (79p per track,) or Tesco (77p per track,) are pledging to give to the NSPCC will cheer him up. Well, at the very least the mothers (and their marvelous Facebook page) will have the moment in the sun they deserve eh? As one of the mothers, Miss Lisa Cosburn, 30, has said: “It would be a dream if it got to No 1.” Good luck you hero. Of course people raping this tragedy for attention isn’t new, it reminded me of the rap composed to the tune from Fresh Prince of Bel Air about the same issue…
