Remember that Canadian workplace safety PSA where the woman's face gets scalded off? Evidently spurred on by their anglo counterparts, Quebec's Commission de la Santé et de la Sécurité du Travail have finally ratcheted up the effects a knotch from their earlier forays into scare-ads and produced this confusing little gem (why doesn't he just tear his shirt) which employs a slightly less laughable fake arm and also serves to illustrate La Belle Province's unwavering commitment to Northern Exposure hair. It'll probably be another decade or so before those peppers start hitting true Montana Meth levels of greatness, but in the meantime we'd kill to see what they'd do with Canadian classic.
