Nick Wisdom Reworks Potatohead People’s “Blossoms” Into a Dance Floor Hit

Brooklyn’s Bastard Jazz imprint previews their highly anticipated 'Hear No Evil 3' compilation with a Nick Wisdom remix.

Brooklyn based label Bastard Jazz is rearing up to release Hear No Evil 3, the label's third compilation highlighting the imprint's unreleased tracks, B-Sides, rarities and remixes. Since our last encounter with Nick Wisdom, THUMP has teamed up with the Vancouverite to premiere the first single off the highly anticipated compilation, a dance floor killing remix of Potatohead People's "Blossoms." The compilation will also include tracks from such producers as Lord Echo, Captain Planet, and Rio De Janiero DJ and remixer Tee Cardaci.


You can expect lots more from Nick Wisdom in the near future. The Vancouver-born, Montreal-based producer is working tirelessly on a highly-anticipated Potatohead People album, as well as an upcoming project with rapper Illa J, younger brother to legendary producer J Dilla.
