The People Under the Stage, and Other Weirdness at Movement 2014

And this is what we saw…

Movement is America's premiere three-day festival primarily devoted to the hard slogging techno beats. Attracting fans of 120 BPM music and upwards from around the world, the weather on Memorial Day is typically spectacular. Standout aural magic was provided at six different stages from the likes of John Digweed, Seth Troxler, the Martinez Bros, Carl Cox, Claude Von Stroke, Dixon, Jeff Mills and over 160 others.

You will not believe what he pulled out of his briefcase…. How he got those saltshakers through security, I have no idea.

Richie Hawtin was personally giving people Minus Records tats. Ok, not really, but they were pretty awesome and long lasting.

Hey man, want some boogers? I've been picking them all night. They're so fresh they're glowing!

The Techno Vikings take their revenge on John C. Reilly for his horrid role in Tim & Eric's Million Dollar Movie.

Jimmy Edgar and pals in post-set coital glow.

Seth Troxler showing his Ohh FACE!

Fishing for candy ravers—gummy worm bait.

Drink beer, love life?

Do those masks actually feel good on your face? Is this some kind of fetish I'm missing out on?

The people under the stage.

You know it's a good sign when this guy shows up at your party.

Talk about Motor City, the parking lot was HUGE!

Possibly the fastest way across the border.

DOUBLE DAMN! Perverts row, Movement style. Dozen took snaps while they shook their butts to Kode9's footwork and juke set.
