It stokes in us the great fires of ingenuity to bring about inventions such as these: the duct-taped March Madness buddy.It's hard to tell the exact origins of this video, which was uploaded to Imgur by user mem12791 on Friday afternoon and then surfaced on Reddit: Is this a high school? Is this from today? Is this staged? It seems real-ish and real-time, at least, as the jerseys resemble those of Baylor and New Mexico State, who were playing when mem12791 posted this. Either way, this idea will probably catch on. Hopefully we'll see more kids making up their own March Madness contraptions to evade the Principal Rooneys of the world.All in all, the design is pretty well calculated—they could hide the phone underneath his hoodie while walking in to class, and raise it up for a better view when they sat down. Unclear what class they're in right now, but they either deserve an A+ or an F. I'm leaning A+ on this one.
