A little over a month ago, we brought you the news that Kieran Hebden, AKA Four Tet, had unassumingly announced his next album Morning/Evening over Twitter. Well, apparently that is how he releases his albums as well. Yesterday morning June 21, Hebden decided he wanted to “celebrate the summer solstice”, and subsequently declared the day “Morning/Evening day”. From there he uploaded the album to Bandcamp himself, and set it up for streaming and purchase (both of which you can do below). As previously detailed, the record is split into two marathon ~20 minute tracks, “Morning Side” and “Evening Side”.
Hebden has also stated the album will be available “in other places” on vinyl and CD on the 10th of July.
