Memphis’ DJ Stephens is Touching Cumulonimbi With His Ridiculous Vertical

What’s the plural of cumulonimbus? Cumulonimbi? Cumulonimbuses? Whatever it is, 6’5″ Memphis Grizzlies guard DJ Stephens is touching them, as he made it up to the stratosphere during warmups for the Grizzlies with this dunk.

Stephens was vying for a spot with the team with the D-League Iowa Energy, and was finally elevated (see what I did there?) to Memphis’ roster this year—and for good reason. The guy has hops, for sure—actually to the point that he set an NBA record at the 2013 combine, posting a 46-inch running vertical. That’s just… goddamn.
