Do you ever fall in love with a pop song and play it so much that you destroy it for yourself? Of course you do—we all do. It's okay.Luckily, that's what remixes are for. Kaytranada's "Kiss It Better," Cyril Hahn's "Touch My Body," and the Wii Store version of "Hotline Bling" are all classic examples of huge tracks that were most certainly played to their absolute breaking point by practically everyone, meaning they had to be reworked in order to live on.We don't know about you, but "Cruel" by Snakehips featuring Zayn has been doing the rounds for us. Even if we wanted to avoid it, we wouldn't be able to—it follows us in Ubers, in clubs, practically everywhere. But "Cruel" has found a saviour in Australia's own Roland Tings. The producer's remix takes the track and widens it—savouring its pop nature and adding some small and cheeky details. We premiere the track today on THUMP, just in time for warmer weather. This is one for windows down, beachside driving. Listen below.Follow Roland Tings on Soundcloud.
