Another Disappointing Chapter in Clayton Kershaw's Career

What was Clayton Kershaw thinking? He wasn't.

Clayton Kershaw is a cancer and should be sent down to the minors. Today.

The Dodgers have made it perfectly clear they will not tolerate drinking—DRINKING!—from players in their organization. We stand with the franchise. What possible good could come from young adult men enjoying themselves with alcohol? Monday night, Triple-A outfielder Yasiel Puig took his teammates out on a party bus to tool around Iowa, and drinking—DRINKING!—took place. Puig captured the really loud but relatively tame affair on Snapchat.

Dodgers President of Baseball Operations Dean Vernon Wormer—err, Andrew Friedman made it clear the organization will tolerate no fun of any kind.

"We are aware of what Yasiel posted on social media last night and while we are disappointed in his and some of our other players' judgment, this is a matter we will address internally," read a statement from Friedman.

Over the weekend, another player violated the Dodgers strict anti-partying stance by spending upwards of $45,000 on evil spirits. Injured golden boy Clayton Kershaw, who blatantly disregarded the tried-and-true axiom of working hard before playing hard, bought a custom-made bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue for every member of the old-new Los Angeles Rams football outfit. Each limited-edition hooch was engraved with "WELCOME HOME! LA ALL DAY," clearly an invitation to blow off training camp and hit up Greystone Manor.

Friedman and the entire Dodgers organization must be disappointed in Kershaw and his wanton, reckless behavior, right?

In other news, Puig homered last night as the Oklahoma City Dodgers topped the Iowa Cubs 6-0.
