In the final installment of the first season of MOLTISSIMO, Mario cooks a Tuscan lunch for Action Bronson and chef Missy Robbins of Lilia restaurant in Brooklyn.
They first enjoy ribollita, a stew made with cannellini beans, crushed tomato, and chard before moving on to arista Toscana, a bone-in pork loin studded with garlic, covered in fennel pollen, and roasted over onions, fennel, and raw milk. While Mario, Action, and Missy might not all share a passion for Jock Jams, they all love this hearty, delicious Italian meal.
