The FBI raided the house of a 17-year-old kid who they say helped a man join the Islamic State, says the Washington Post. The boy allegedly facilitated the man's air travel to Syria and put him in touch with people online who led him to ISIS. The government had been monitoring the high school student for the past month before arresting him last week. The reasons behind the arrest came to light after an official connected with the case spoke anonymously to the Post about the teenager's involvement with the Islamic State. At the moment, the 17-year-old is being tried as a minor, and the FBI is in the process of indicting the man who the kid assisted.1. American ISIS: The Domestic Terrorist Fallout of the Iraq War
