Over here at VICE Canada HQ, we're more than thrilled to announce the premiere of our new show for Noisey, simply titled Noisey Canada. In this brand new, first ever episode, we visited a carnival of art, technology, conversation, and music that Fucked Up curates in Toronto called The Long Winter.

If you're not already familiar, The Long Winter is a complete takeover of Toronto's massive Great Hall. We spoke with Damian, Mike, and Josh from Fucked Up, along with Brian from Holy Fuck who were playing their Toronto comeback show. But beisdes music, this event had a demo from the guys who created Pipe Trouble—a satirical 8-bit video game about the pipeline development in Alberta—as well as academic conversations about romance, a rave in the basement, and movie screenings.

There's one more Long Winter left and it's this Saturday. So check it out if you're in the city, or just watch our video and pretend you were there with us. Either way is fine with us.

Enjoy. More soon.
