People in South Wales LOVE heroin. I mean, head over heels, roses on the bed, scented-candles-lit love it. So much so that Swansea drug agencies reported a 180 percent rise in heroin use in 2009. We travelled to the city and hung out with a load of addicts to try and get a grip on the economic depression, breakdown of families and rampant addiction that's trapping thousands of people in destructuve, unbreakable cycles.
