New Catholic App Will Help You Earn Forgiveness for Your Tinder Gangbangs

The next time you find yourself deleting Tinder after a questionable sexual encounter and are in search of repentance, you’ll soon be able to download an app that will help you purify your soul. According to Vatican Radio, an app, which some media outlets are calling “Sindr” because they’re corny, that assists in finding the nearest confessionals and Catholic masses, will be available in early 2017.

Created by a Scottish archbishop named Leo Cushley, The Catholic App is meant to attract people to nearby masses and probably is a ploy attract millennials, whom we all know to be hedonistic sinners with a universal need for Jesus.

“The idea was really inspired by the Holy Father himself,” Cushley told Vatican Radio. “He said to be imaginative about what to do for the Holy Year of Mercy.”

Cushley launched the app in Rome at St. Peter’s Basilica, saying that it is “how the Catholic Church brings the mercy of God and the joy of the Gospel to our contemporary world.”

I really could have used this app after my month-long experiment with Tinder Social when I felt like I needed to be doused in holy water, but sorry Father, I’m probably still not going to church.
