You know how everyone is saying the internet has revolutionized music etc. etc. etc.? If that's the case, why are all music websites so goddamn boring? They’re all either made by popular music studies lecturers, or fuckheads in fedoras who just talk about how much they dig live music. So, in response, we've revamped Noisey.com and started our own.
God, we tried. We tried to think of something that meant “features,” that wasn't "features.” Someone suggested “articles,” but we decided that was even worse. And “blog?” We're not a Canadian teenager living in a converted walk-in closet; we're the future of music, and we deserve gravitas. So, here we are, in the Features section of the new and improved Noisey.com. It's something worth getting excited about. Basically, it's a blog (but don't tell anyone) about music! I KNOW!If you want to know all about the Juggalo dating site, the history of seapunk, what word you should be saying instead of “swag,” what's the number one fad in German pop, or what jobs indie bands really do for a living, we’ve got you covered. Or let’s say you want to read interviews with the best artists around, or columns from our international pool of writers - this is the place to do it.Start now by clicking on the Features tab right up there.
