SebastiAn Sexualizes Charlotte Gainsbourg’s Already Super Sexual Jimi Hendrix Cover

The French DJ remixes the singer’s version of “Hey Joe” and it’s très hot.

You've never heard a Jimi Hendrix song sound this ooh la la. For the new Lars von Trier film, Nymphomaniac Vol. II, actress Charlotte Gainsbourg recorded a cover of Hendrix classic "Hey Joe." Now, SebastiAn has remixed it, putting his French touch all over Gainsbourg's breathy rendition and coating it in S-E-X. The film documents the sex life of a self-diagnosed sex addict, so naturally this version matches the mood and tone of those exploits. If you haven't had some new bedroom music in a minute, move this to the top of your boudoir playlist.

SebastiAn's remix of Charlotte Gainsbourg's "Hey Joe" is being released as an exclusive Record Store Day special 7" b-side in France and the UK this weekend. It gets a US release on April 29.
