Florida State Scores On Crazy Deflection

Florida State scored a touchdown on a crazy deflected pass that landed right in a receiver's hands.

Florida State just got back in this game, cutting the deficit to 23-17, on this improbable, fluky play. Jameis WInston threw it almost directly at Tyriq McCord, who tipped the ball way up on the air just long enough for Karlos Williams to run underneath it and coast into the end zone. This should have been, at worst, a big defensive stand to hold the Seminoles to a field goal and, at best, a turnover. Instead, it's seven points for Florida State.

Miami fumbled on their next possession and Florida State recovered, so we are well on our way to another second-half Florida State comeback. Which, come on, Noles, try spicing things up next time with an early lead or something.
