Crate Expectations: Letherette

British duo Letherette on why they don't have guilty pleasures... or regrets.

Like most people, DJs and producers have specific songs tied to events throughout their lives. In Crate Expectations, we extract a playlist from their memories to tell their story. This week's subject: Letherette.

What's the first song you ever loved?

Richard Roberts: The Four Tops' "Reach Out, I'll Be There."

What are the first two songs you ever mixed together?

RR: A very long time ago, we wrote a two part counterpoint guitar piece on Andy's Fostex's multitrack tape recorder. I've got no idea what the track was called!
