Leaks' Chillwave R&B Tracks Are Like Making Out Underwater

Thomas Guida is a fresh-faced Melbournian with an extensive VHS and video game collection. He makes darling chilled-out electronic music under the name Leaks. His forthcoming Jaunt EP, released November 10, is four tracks of concisely arranged indie-tronic beats that flutter around the edges of dance music. He sings in whispery, hip-hop tinged refrains and his output is instantly listenable, feelsy and earnest.

We've got the premiere of "Could I Be." The track features downpitched vocals and a swirling harp that lulls you into a waved out state. Leaks has been working along this for a couple of years now, but this EP sounds like he's developed on his potential and is on the verge of breakout. Check it.
