Two Muslim women wearing headscarves were thrown out of a Paris restaurant this weekend by the owner, who told them "all Muslims are terrorists".

The women entered Le Cenacle, a Michelin Guide listed restaurant, in Tremblay-en-France on Saturday night and were seated before the owner emerged from the kitchen and declared he wanted them to leave.

A video of the attack shows the owner saying, "Racists like me don't kill good people… I'm living in a secular country and this is my opinion." He continues, shouting, "It seems you don't understand," before telling them to "get out".

French prosecutors said they had launched an investigation into the incident.

Five people have been arrested over an explosion and fire at a crime laboratory in Brussels.

A car broke through the institute's fences at about midnight and rammed into the police's forensics building, starting a fire that caused significant damage.

A Belgian official said the aim was most likely to destroy evidence, and that "it's probably not terrorism".

VIRGIN TRAINS RELEASED CORBYN CCTV AGAINST OWN PRIVACY POLICY
They're only supposed to make CCTV images public if they relate to crime or safety, i.e. not for political point scoring

Virgin Trains' decision to release CCTV images of Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn to contest his claim that the train in question was "completely ram-packed" was, in fact, against the company's own privacy policy.

A leaked document seen by the Guardian showed that CCTV images are only supposed to be released to the public if they can assist in "connection with a criminal investigation" or if they might improve the "safety of the railway".

Hundreds of Pokemon Go players have been involved in police incidents since the app launched in mid-July, the BBC reported this weekend.

Robberies, road accidents and fights are among the 290 incidents recorded by police in England and Wales.

Manchester and London police recorded incidents of Pokemon "lures" being used by robbers to steal people's phones, while Surrey police said they had to dispatch officers when a Pokemon hunt turned into a brawl.

British transport police recorded incidents of children looking for Pokemon on railway lines and train drivers playing the game at the wheel.

A woman in West Yorkshire contacted the police saying Pokemon were trying to "get into her home".

This weekend an Australian man was arrested after filling a lubricant dispenser at a gay club in Sydney with hydrochloric acid.

Police said that they couldn't establish his motive, but that there was "no indication of hate".

No one was seriously injured, it was reported.

One club-goer said it was a "sick" thing to do, and when asked about the culprit's motivation said, "It could be anything, really. People are perverted."
