World Premiere: Searchers: Drag the Red, Part 1

Drag the Red is a group of volunteers that is looking for evidence of bodies at the bottom of Winnipeg's Red River. They started their search after the body of 15 year-old Tina Fontaine was pulled from the river last year. VICE went to Winnipeg to meet with the group and see what they've found.
