Rep. Steve Scalise was shot during a practice baseball practice in Alexandria, Virginia along with several aides in what authorities are calling a "deliberate attack."Rep. Mo Brooks, who was there at the time of the shooting, told CNN the incident took place at around 7:15 AM. during a practice for the congressional baseball team.
