You guys know Notting Hill carnival, right? Of course you do. It's the street-party that takes over West London for one bank holiday weekend each August and ram-packs the district with turnt-up carnival jamz blaring from sound systems, mountains of food and smoke, fountains of Red Stripe and Rum'n'Red Bulls, and a whole lot of good times. Each year there's a load of street parties, and it can be a mission to decide which one to attend. Luckily we've got a top-tip for you.
