Rock 'n’ roll legends (yes, you can use that term with Fleetwood Mac) keep spoiling us with happiness. A few days ago, the Big Mac announced that they'll be embarking on a full North American reunion tour this spring. Yesterday, front woman (and Queen of The World Sweet Goddess Witch Demon Baby) Stevie Nicks told Billboard that the band will be releasing some new material. However, she did not seem too happy about it:"Whether or not we're gonna do any more [songs], we don't know because we're so completely bummed out with the state of the music industry and the fact that nobody even wants a full record. Everybody wants two songs, so we're going to give them two songs."The Queen has spoken. Oh, and Nicks says the tracks are tentatively titled "Sad Angela" and "Miss Fantasy," songs Nicks says "sound extremely young to me because when you keep working, things don't change."Nicks continued:"We wanted to have something to put out before we go out, January or February, in whatever way you do that - iTunes or something. And since nobody really cares about albums anymore, if you can come up with two or three great songs and just put them out there, people can at least hear how we sound today when it comes to actually recording."Despite the clear distain and flippant tone in these statements, we are still looking forward to hearing what Fleetwood come up with. Maybe it'll be shit, or maybe it'll be gold. Maybe it'll be shit covered in gold, or we'll be blinded by our Fleetwood-loving-eyes.Either way, we'll eat it up. Happily.Follow Mish on Twitter - @myszkaway
