Triad God - "Remand"

Barren warehouses and bedding down homeless are briefly illuminated with this soft haze of a track.

Calling yourself Triad God is quite the statement, but “Remand” doesn’t sound like the work of a megalomaniac Dragon Head. It’s a gentle track with just a soft haze of menace lurking distantly about it. Producer Palmistry’s minimal beats take you on a night drive along the desolate fringes of a city. Barren warehouses and bedding down homeless are briefly illuminated, old hookers cackle on corners and you’re getting sleepy as Vinh Ngan’s raps over you, maybe telling you the story of where that name came from, maybe just telling you that you should be minding your own damn business.
