Pusha T: "What Dreams Are Made Of" S-Type Remix

Pusha T always looks kind of scared, but he raps like he's never scared.

To me, Pusha T will pretty much always look a little bit scared, a little bit confused. When he opens his mouth, however, he seems anything but. He raps simultaneously as if he's got a chip on his shoulder and if his greatness is already a foregone conclusion. "What Dreams Are Made Of," from his nearly year-old EP Fear Of God II, proved this perfectly.

The remix of this song is by S-Type, who's a producer from Glasgow. It's kind of crazy to think about Glasgow, Scotland as one of the top places that producers who make widescreen, maximalist bass music might come from, but between Hudson Mohawke, Rustie and this dude the town's quickly becoming a hub for the stuff. This song is from a remix project by LuckyMe Records that never materialized, which is a bummer, as this song knocks.
