This new number-one comes on the heels of a rejiggering of the actual formula that determines the Hot 100 that takes into greater consideration YouTube streams and shit like that."Harlem Shake" is the 21st song to debut at number-one on the Hot 100, following Katy Perry's "Part of Me."
