There was a perfectly good episode of Saturday Night Live happening in between Taylor Swift not lip-syncing yesterday. Tiffany Haddish hosted and, while there are plenty of sketches from the night that might live longer in the memory, her quick-hit impressions of Cardi B and Mary J Blige auditioning for roles in the live-action remake of The Lion King were good, honest fun. Elsewhere, Kenan Thompson couldn’t hide his enjoyment while impersonating LL Cool J, Chris Redd did a passable Offset, and Pete Davidson prowled around in a hoodie, which is now all we need to conjure Eminem in our minds.
