When Mick Jagger was Kevin Parker’s age, many considered the rock and roll legend’s career to be on the wane. Although his cover of “Dancing in the Street” with David Bowie reached number one, the Rolling Stones disappointing 1986 album Dirty Work, was written and recorded during one of the lowest points in the band’s history. But in 2017 Jagger is still releasing music and today dropped two new tracks: “Gotta Get a Grip” and “England Lost” (featuring Skepta).
He’s also shared a new remix EP, that features Parker remixing “Gotta Get a Grip” that has the Tame Impala mastermind adding fuzzed out guitar and his signature reverb.
