I rode down to the Williamsburg waterfront after leaving the office today to take a look at the blacked-out Manhattan skyline. It’s a sight I’ve seen a million times before, but it’s hard to describe how eerie it is to see dozens of building standing silently in the dark.

It was windy as hell on the water and I didn’t have a tripod, so go easy on me. Power in Manhattan is expected to be out for four days. Stay safe folks.
