Two More Women Accuse Nelly of Sexual Assault

Two more women have come forth to accuse Nelly of sexual assault, according to a complaint obtained by Pitchfork.

The accusations from the women, who remain anonymous, concern the St. Louis rapper groping them and openly masturbating in front of them without their consent. One woman, only identified as Jane Doe 1, referenced an incident after one of Nelly’s shows in June 2016. She alleges that after an invitation to a VIP area, Nelly put his hand under her skirt without her permission. The other woman (Jane Doe 2) claims that Nelly invited her and some friends on his tour bus, where he began masturbating in front of her and grabbed her head to force her to perform oral sex on him, according to the complaint.

The two accusers, in addition to Monique Greene, the woman who accused Nelly of sexual assault in December, claim that the St. Louis rapper has repeatedly exhibited behavior that proves he is “[preying] on his selected female fans.”

Greene’s first filed her case in December, when she claimed Nelly sexually assaulted her orally and vaginally, later throwing a $100 bill as she exited the bus. Earlier this month, TMZ released surveillance of Greene leaving Nelly’s tour bus the night of the incident. Since December, Greene has refused to testify and even dropped the initial charges, but is now countersuing for sexual assault and defamation after Nelly revealed plans of taking legal action.

Nelly maintains his innocence in response to Greene’s claims, and he has yet to respond to this most recent suit.
