STOCKHOLM - KENT KING SAVES LULEÅ

Kent King, a Jamaican tourist on vacation in Luleå (what?) in northernmost Sweden last week, helped the city identify some hundreds of cannabis plants in the public flower-beds, according to Swedish newspaper Norrbottens-Kuriren. Apparantley someone had strewn the seeds in the well-prepared soil, then sat back and waited while the city's summer employees watered, fertilized, and gently nurtured the budding plants. King was doubtful at first: "I couldn't believe it," he told Norrbottens-Kuriren, "First I thought, 'That's impossible, this is Luleå!' but then I took a closer look and realized it was cannabis. Man, I grew up with this stuff, I'm 100 percent sure it's cannabis." King even showed up the Luleå police force, who had previously been looking over the flowers, but concluded they were just regular non-pot-producing plants. All plants have now been removed. Thanks Kent!
